Consulting Designer, Robert Cantwell has applied his unique talent as an industrial designer to create a steady stream of innovative products for some the largest and most respected brands in the outdoor industry.

Jerry Tombleson has served at every level of corporate management, including president, director of product development, and global sales. He is well versed in strategic business planning, financial analysis, and logistics.

Patrick Xu joined the team as Managing Partner Asia, heading up the Asian office, logistics and factory liaison. He is considered an expert in sourcing and management of the product categories of outdoor camping equipment, lawn and garden, backyard products, inflatable products, pet products, and textile fabric. With over 25 years of experience in managing and sourcing in all of Asia, Patrick brings tremendous experience and knowledge to The Associates Group, LLC.

Working as a team, these seasoned professionals offer more than 90 years of experience bringing new products to the outdoor recreation, camping and lawn and garden markets.
